"Dua Before Eating"

 Arabic:*  

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيْمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ  

(Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana wa qina ‘adhaban-naar)


*Translation:*  

“O Allah! Bless the food You have provided us and save us from the punishment of the Fire.”


*Explanation:*  

This is a Sunnah dua to recite before eating. It reminds us that food is a blessing from Allah and teaches us gratitude.
