📖 English Translation:

“I seek Your forgiveness.”

📘 Explanation:

After leaving the bathroom, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would say “Ghufranak” — asking Allah for forgiveness.

Scholars explain that even while doing natural actions like relieving oneself, we are away from worship. So when we return, we ask Allah’s forgiveness for the time spent without remembrance.
